TIMELINE

Jul 2025-Oct 2025

BRIEF

Spoonable Lab is a premier artisan pastry brand based in Mooresville, NC. Known for its "Lab" approach to dessert—where traditional recipes meet modern experimentation—the brand requires a dedicated mobile commerce platform. The goal is to move away from third-party delivery apps and manual social media orders to a proprietary, high-conversion digital ecosystem.

THE PROBLEM

Market Gap: Premium dessert consumers often face "manual" ordering processes (WhatsApp/DMs) that lead to slow response times, lack of real-time inventory, and logistical confusion.

User Frustration: High-end customers want a seamless checkout experience that matches the aesthetic quality of the product they are purchasing.

THE GOAL

Build a proprietary D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) mobile platform to eliminate reliance on third-party apps and provide a seamless, high-end "Digital Dark Kitchen" experience.

THE CONCEPT

The brand identity bridges the gap between Indulgence and Precision.

  • Cuchareables: A sensory-first concept where every layer is scientifically balanced so that every spoonful offers the perfect ratio of textures (crunchy, creamy, and soft).

  • The Lab: A commitment to hygiene, artisan craftsmanship, and small-batch production that ensures maximum freshness.
